The Opportunity

Red Bull put to tender the task of supplying printed advertising to dress part of Sydney's historic Cockatoo Island. The World Finale of Red Bull X-Fighters in September 2011 would attract a worldwide audience and would need to utilize maximum exposure for its sponsors and its own brand. It was due to the hard work invested in creating exciting concepts and mock-ups along with a successful sales pitch that saw Red Bull award OAMM with the tender.

The Solution

The task was to strategically supply and place the latest branded materials around the dirt track on Cockatoo Island in order to maximise advertising exposure amidst the fast-paced nature of this international event. Red Bull also consulted with OAMM on how to best display advertising. OAMM's highly skilled installation team were able to place the brands at heights and different types of situations to catch maximum exposure from prime TV camera angles. These points being situated in high winds and above the waters of Sydney harbour.

The Result

The event was completed to a level of international recognition and without a hitch within a short lead time. OAMM and Red Bull will be working together on future events around Australia.

The Opportunity

With the steady increase in demand in LED perimeter signage across all sporting codes, New Zealand Super Rugby (NZSR) put out to tender the opportunity for OAMM to provide signage for ALL of their clubs for the 2011 season. The concept was to raise the profile of New Zealand's number 1 sport and ensure better brand recognition for all their sponsors.

The Solution

OAMM CEO, Edward Abbott, worked closely with NZSR to provide the ideal LED signage solution and all logistics involved with installing, configure and operating the system for all the games. Local operation teams with years of experience handling NZSR signage requirements have ensured OAMM's high standard of quality delivery exceeded expectations.

The Result

Not only have the NZSR offered their compliments of the season success, but the rebook rate of existing clients is already higher than expected. Overall the addition of LED perimeter signage has complimented the existing signage solutions and ensured further growth of the sport.

Looking to update the advertising complement for the 2011 Renault National Beach Volleyball Series, OAMM made a successful bid with our static and LED perimeter advertising solutions. Our products brings some added dynamism to the sport as they look to bring on more sponsors and further build exposure for the sport.
